Title Tag

The title of your blog will be a search engine’s first step in determining the relevancy of your content. Google calls this the “title tag”

Be sure to include your keyword within the first 60 characters of your title or lower depending on pixels size coz the length of the title is based on 500 to 600 pixels.

Where is the best place to put a long keyword in the title tag? If it is a lengthy headline, it is a good idea to get your keyword in the beginning for it has the chance that Google will cut it off in SERP.

Headers & Body

Incorporate your long-tail keywords throughout the body of your post and the headers. But be as natural as possible and reader-friendly. don’t overboard to avoid keyword stuffing.

Before writing a new post, you’ll think about how to include these keywords into your content. But that is not your primary purpose. It is the content you can give to your website visitors. Focus on answering your visitors’ questions through your post.

URL

Google search engine also looks to your URL and finds out what is your post all about, it is the first thing that robot or googles crawl.

So maximize it properly and don’t forget the keyword you want to rank in this post.

See the example below, we can see the “email marketing examples” is the long-tail keyword we are trying to rank.

Meta Description

The meta description is simply the short or summary information about your content. Be sure you include your keywords in this section. Both Google and the visitors are clear what is the content all about.

Always consider when doing content on this copy format, make it relevant and enriched with the specific intent of your website visitors as let me say a CTR or Click-through-rate.

We don’t expect you to incorporate each of these SEO best practices into your content strategy right away. But, as your website grows, so should your goals on search engines. Then you’ll be able to do some link building to get other websites to link back to your blog.
